Cancellation policy

We appreciate your interest in our diving tours.

Please review our cancellation policy before booking;

❗ Cancellation & Date Changes Policy

Please note that changing the date of your tour is considered a cancellation and

will be subject to the same cancellation policy.

From the time of booking confirmation up to 11 days before the tour date:
→ 50% cancellation fee
From 10 days before the tour date, including sameday cancellations and no-shows):
→ 100% cancellation fee

Example:

Booked on the Jan11 and canceled on December 31 → 50% cancellation fee
Booked on January 11 and canceled on January 1 → 100% cancellation fee

Please understand that good weather, sea conditions, and marine life sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided if:

your are unable to see the marine life you expected, or
we are unable to visit your requested dive site due to weather or sea conditions.

Tours will operate in rainy or windy weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe by our staff.

If you decide not to join the tour due to weather conditions, the cancellation policy above will still apply.
